3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may sign up using email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

ValorixAI offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Premium, Pro) with varying credit allocations:

Free Plan: Limited credits, no payment required
Paid Plans: Billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
Credits reset monthly based on your plan

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize ValorixAI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Credits and Usage

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

Each SEO generation (text or image) consumes 1 credit
Regenerating individual sections (titles, description, tags) consumes 1 credit per action
Credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or security measures
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all product information and images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of generating SEO output.

Generated Content: You own the SEO content generated by the Service. However, AI-generated content may not be unique, and we cannot guarantee that similar content has not been generated for other users.

Our Property: The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by ValorixAI and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES OR ERRORS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALORIXAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service. You may also request account deletion from your account settings. Upon termination, all data will be permanently deleted.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
