3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Used Credits: If you have consumed credits during the billing cycle

- Dissatisfaction with Content: AI-generated content is inherently variable, and refunds are not provided based on subjective quality assessments
- Mid-Cycle Cancellation: Canceling your subscription mid-cycle does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund; service continues until the end of the billing period

5. Lemon Squeezy Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment provider. Refunds are subject to Lemon Squeezy's processing policies and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service and your remaining credits until the billing period expires. No partial refunds are provided for unused time or credits.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account closure and reporting to payment fraud prevention services.
8. Credits and Unused Services
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and cannot be refunded or carried over to future periods.
